GenuTrain A3’s medical-grade compression knit is made to conform to the knee's natural shape to provide stability with maximum freedom of movement.

A star-shaped viscoelastic pad with stimulating massage nubs relieves common pain areas associated with osteoarthritis on the inside of the knee. lifesaving

female/ 73 yrs old arthritic knee/headed toward knee replacement surgery...not currently a good idea in Covid environment. Excruciating pain at times now rare while walking with this brace. SO worth the price as over the counter cheapies did nothing and always in need of adjustment. It's so comfortable to wear I have to remind self to take it off before sleeping/lol.....it also seems to be therapeutic as knee is better behaved while not wearing/after wearing for days.....highly recommend.........

By far the best brace out there for arthritis.

By far the best brace out there for arthritis. I wear it to play basketball in, do my weight exercise machines and cardio machines and have no pain when wearing this. I have one that i wear daily for walking and other daily things. Really works for me. Well worth the cost. I wear it for my right knee. Just make sure you size right. I have severe arthritis in that knee and this is the only thing that seems to help and allows me to do my daily things I enjoy.

Outstanding product

Long ago, I played volleyball for 10 years, finally having knee surgery for torn ligaments and meniscus. This was at a time when arthroscopy was new, When severe arthritis recently set in, I turned to a Bauerfeind purely by accident. It is my new best friend. The stability and confidence in gives me has made a significant improvement in my quality of life. Indeed, am getting a newer model right now. I photograph volleyball these days, and at least 1/2 of the UCLA men's team wear Bauerfeind. IMPORTANT NOTE: Do not wear your brace going through airport security, as it WILL set off alarms. If you are presently "thinking" of purchasing one, stop thinking, start buying. Best investment ever.

Accelerates Healing

Had a bad fall while playing ice hockey. Used off-the-shelf knee brace for a week, which did nothing to improve my pain. Bought a hinged brace from a sports store, which did a decent job, but stopped improving after about another week. MRI showed medial meniscus tear. I bought the BauerFeind A3, as it was recommended for medial meniscus tear. Only 3 days later, and my knee feels like it's almost healed. I can actually do 1 legged squats with the brace on. Yes, it's expensive, but it's also the best.

So comfortable

I cannot say enough about this product. This is the second supportI have had . The first being the Genutrain S. this works well under slacks and provides good support. It feels so good to be pain free ! And customer service is outstanding. I cannot thank them enough for their help!

The most comfortable and strong knee brace support ever. It allowed me to continue with the sports I enjoy, jiu jitsu and golf, I have no Acl in both knees and this brace allowed to do both without having to do surgeries, it also helped in reducing the arthritis pain.

Genuine knee help!

I'm thrilled with this brace. My knees both had arthroscopic surgery 10 years ago, and were re-injured 6 months ago. I ordered the A3, as one knee sustained medial meniscus damage. Needed to speak with the company's physical therapist, as I'm between sizes and had a question customer services wasn't sure about, and Erin the PT is knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did the brace immediately help me walk with much less pain & more stability; the realignment with just a few days' use has helped me do simple walking around the house and stairs with less pain for short periods even when I'm NOT wearing the brace. Now I only wish the product was in stock in the right size for my other knee! BTW, Bauerfeind was recommended to me by a nurse who wears one. I've tried 6 or 7 different knee supports over the years. This one's well worth the investment.

LOVE THIS SUPPORT

I have had knee pain for the past 3 years, including surgery. I have not been able to run or do plyometrics during this time. I just recently got my GenuTrain A3 and went on a 3 mile run and did yoga pain free!!! I am a believer and will use this everytime I work out! :-) It's comfortable, doesn't slip, reduces shock and pain, and isn't hot or sweaty. Great product!
