Braces and supports ordered on Bauerfeind.us come backed by our no-hassle return policy.* If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, return your product within 60 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Phlebology products can be returned within 30 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Step 1: Attach your free return shipping label, included in your initial shipment, to your original Bauerfeind cardboard box or any appropriately-sized mailer. If you did not receive the return shipping label, or discarded it, please email our customer service team at returns@bauerfeindusa.com for a new label.

Step 2: Bring your return to any authorized UPS Shipping Center or Drop Box.

Step 3: Receive your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product to the original form of payment.

For returns outside the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact our dedicated customer service team to receive a free return label via email.


*All returns must be in original packaging and received in like-new condition. Credits for returns are issued in the original form of payment. Upgraded shipping costs will not be refunded. Bauerfeind is not responsible for returned packages lost by any delivery service.


How and when will I receive my return credit?

Refunds are issued in the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receipt of the returned product. Credits may take up to 48 hours to appear on your account.

Bauerfeind customer service will be happy to generate a new return label for you at no cost. Please email us at returns@bauerfeindusa.com to request one.
