You don’t need any equipment to do burpees. All you need is your own body weight and enough space to do the move. So even if you’re in a small apartment, hotel room or tiny office, you can still get your blood pumping by doing burpees. - Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Squat as deeply as you can and place your hands on the floor. Kick back into a plank/push-up position.
- Do one push-up.
- Bring your legs back to a squat and jump up, throwing your hands above your head.
- Land and repeat.
